How does this work?
We are a monthly subscription for leggings. Once you sign up, you will receive a new pair of fun, fashionable leggings around the same time every month.

Can I pick my leggings?
No, we hand select the styles that will be sent out every month. We will occasionally be posting upcoming styles on our social media pages so be sure to follow us for any sneak peaks.

What are the sizing options?
Our leggings are designed to fit various sizes and have been tested for fit by leggings lovers of all shapes and sizes.
Sizing chart: Small: 2-4 Medium: 6-8 Large: 10-12 Plus: 14-18

How much is shipping?
Shipping is always FREE in the United States and $7 flat for shipments to Canada.

When do the leggings ship?
We begin shipping the week of the 18th and most packages will be delivered by the 25th. You will receive an email with tracking information once your leggings ship. If you have not received your leggings by the 28th, please contact us at support@enjoyleggings.com.

When am I billed?
This is a recurring payment. You will be billed on the 28th of each month. If you opted for the 3 or 6 month subscription, you will not be billed again until the 28th of the last month of your subscription. For example, if you purchased a 3 month subscription before the 15th of the month in April, you will not be billed again until the 28th of June. Unfortunately we can not offer personalized billing dates at this time.

I placed my order weeks ago, where are my leggings?
If you place your order on or before the 15th of the month, expect to receive your first order that month. If you place your order after the 15th, expect to receive your first pair of leggings the following month. For example, if you place your order on June 23rd, you will not receive your first pair of leggings until mid July.

My leggings were too big/small, how do I change my size?
If you need to change your size, this can be done at anytime by logging into your account from our home page. There is a box on the left hand side titled “Your Subscription(s)”. You can select “Edit” and will be directed to a page that allows you to change your size. It will also direct you to choose a new subscription term at this time. Simply select your current subscription. For example, if you have the monthly membership you will select “Month to Month.” You will then select “Save” to record the change.

How do I change my shipping address?
This can be done at anytime by logging into your account from our home page. You can then edit your current address from the box on the right side of the screen. Please make sure to then go to the box on the left hand side titled “Your Subscription(s)”. You can select “Edit” and will be directed to a page that allows you to change your current shipping address. It will also direct you to choose a new subscription term at this time. Simply select your current subscription. For example, if you have the monthly membership you will select “Month to Month.” You will then select “Save” to record the change.

How do I change my payment information?
You can change your payment information by logging into your account and editing your payment information found on the bottom right hand of the screen.

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately we are not able to offer returns or exchanges but your feedback is important to us so please contact us at support@enjoyleggings with any questions or concerns.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
YES! You MUST cancel your membership before the 28th of the month to avoid being charged for the upcoming month’s leggings. If you purchased a 3 month or 6 month subscription and cancel, you will continue to receive leggings until the end of your subscription term as you paid for them at sign up. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for prepaid subscriptions at this time.
